1. Ticketing and Booking Policy
1.1 Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received
- Booking must be completed at least 12 hours before your visit
- A confirmation email with visit details will be sent to your email address
- Review all information carefully and contact us if corrections are needed
1.2 Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid ONLY for the date and time stated on confirmation
- Entry may not be guaranteed for late arrivals or missed sessions
- Visitors arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit their booking
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
⚠️ Non-Refundable Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances, including illness, injury, or severe weather.
2.2 Rescheduling
- You may reschedule to another available date (subject to availability)
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your visit
- Requests made within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed
- Unused credits are valid for 12 months
3. Visitor Guidelines
3.1 Check-In Requirements
- Present your booking confirmation ID upon arrival
- PDF print-out or mobile screenshot is acceptable
- Check-in should occur 15 minutes before program start
3.2 Prohibited Activities
- Smoking, alcohol, and loud noises in elephant areas
- Running, sudden movements, or aggressive behavior toward elephants
- Feeding elephants without staff authorization
- Flash photography near animals
3.3 Children and Supervision
Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times. We recommend a minimum ratio of 1 adult per 3 children. Parents/guardians are liable for any injuries or damages caused by children.
4. Photography and Media
4.1 Personal Photography
You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. Commercial photography requires prior written approval. Drone usage is strictly not permitted.
4.2 Company Photography
We may photograph you during your visit for promotional purposes. If you do NOT wish to appear in company photos, inform staff in writing at check-in.
5. Transportation Policy
5.1 Pick-Up Service
- Shared pick-up and drop-off services available from designated locations
- Pick-up times confirmed via email/SMS at least 1 day before
- Be ready 10 minutes before scheduled pick-up time
- Missed pick-ups are treated as no-shows (no refund)
5.2 Safety During Transport
- Seatbelts must be worn where available
- No eating, drinking alcohol, or smoking in the vehicle
- Standing while vehicle is moving is prohibited
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse intoxicated passengers
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Assumption of Risk
Interacting with animals carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks. Elephant World Samui is committed to safety but cannot guarantee zero risk.
6.2 Liability
Elephant World Samui is NOT liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, delays due to weather, or indirect damages during your visit.

Elephant World Samui is committed to ethical elephant tourism. We do NOT permit riding, circus acts, or exploitative activities. Our programs focus on observation, education, and respectful interaction.
